In this part I think Lawrence thinks Romeo should have responsibility to Rosiline. Because Romeo is a man, and Rosaline is a women. Because Romeo fall in love with Juliet she has to have all the woes. This is not fair. So at first Lawrence still wants Romeo stay with Rosaline. And the last sentence means the women on earth is weak. And when there's no more strength men, women may in trouble. So Lawrence wants the world to be peace, he doesn't want everyone to be hurt from love. So I notice that he is a peace maker.

And In the quotes he says that each side wants to dominant this area. This sentence shows the goal of Montague and capulet. In the end two of the nobles internecine. He wants to show the phenomenon of the society, he can do nothing. But he hopes the society becomes peaceful. He is a god father.
