I think Romeo should be responsible to the tragedy of himself and Juliet. Because is he join the party of Capulet and is he go to talk with Juliet during the party and fall in love with her. I think if he didn’t crush on with Juliet maybe Tybalt won’t go to find Romeo and Mercutio and Tybalt won’t die. He did those things to cause the bad relationship between two families. And because he killed Tybalt, so he got banishment, all the result was depends on Romeo’s actions. The evidence from the text boo: ““A gentler judgment vanish’d from his lips—Not body’s death, but body’s banishment.” This was declared by the prince the most powerful person in Verona. So he will makes the justify judgement, and the punishment he made was depend Romeo killed Tybalt. So it means Romeo has to be resiponsible to Tybalt’s death. And because of the banishment of Romeo, Juliet has to wait him. But at the same time Juliet has to married with Paris, Because of the action of Romeo, Juliet also have problems with her families, after Romeo be banished, Juliet become helpless, so if Romeo not be banished, may be the tragedy won’t happens on this couple. Romeo the main person that cause the tragedy.
