The Glass Menagerie

1. The character I interested in is Tom, I think he is a person who has multiple emotions change. I really want to know the feeling of him during the play. The scene I want to act is when Tom breaks Laura’s Glass Menagerie, because I want to know the feelings of Tom at that time. I also want to take a challenge, because I can’t show the emotions of the character very well.
2. The character I interested in Amanda, the scene is about Amanda keep annoying Tom, then Tom went to smoke, Amanda followed and said smoking is bad for health. In this scene Amanda keep explaining the truth to Tom, this makes Tom feels bad.
3. Amanda. Scene is about the two people arguing should they cleaning up their house. Because there will be a gentlemen caller coming, so Amanda begins to cleaning their house in the morning.
4. Laura. In this scene Laura say nothing, in this scene Tom and Amanda was arguing. When Tom was writing Amanda keeping talking around him. This makes Tom become crazy. Laura just sit on the sofa and listening. In the end Tom breaks Laura's Glass Menagerie. Although Laura say nothing but Laura should shows her helpless and hopeless.
5. Amanda. The scene I intreseted in is about Amanda Knew Jim was engaged. She felt very angry, she is blaming Tom as a selfish dreamer.
