Two Haiku poems
An old silent pond...
A frog jumps into the pond,splash! Silence again.
It tells me the environment and the background of that image. A quiet environment and a frog jumps in the pond and breaks the silence. I like it because the author describes this scene clearly. When I read this poem I can feel it, it's vivid and visual.
A flash of lighting:
between the forest and treesI have seen water.
This poem is like telling a story of a person stays in the forest for few days. He thirsts for water, one day it's raining in the forest. After a flashlight, he sees the water near to him. I can feel the emotion of the person in the poem, he really wants to get water. After he finds water he has hope to live.
